3. Hosting
The site is hosted on a dedicated server provided by LWS (Ligne Web Services), 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France. Data is stored on servers located in Europe.
4. Intellectual property
The ASK FOR IT trademark, its logo, the structure of the site, its texts and its graphic elements are protected. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written permission is forbidden. The illustrations on this site are original creations: no third-party licensed image is used.
5. Content published by members
The CVs, statistics, photographs and videos published on the platform remain the property of their authors. By publishing them, a member allows ASK FOR IT to display them on the site for the sole purpose of connecting them with clubs and scouts. Every member warrants that they hold the rights to what they publish.
6. Liability
ASK FOR IT connects players and scouts: the platform is neither a sports agent nor an employer, and takes no part in the contracts its members sign. Profile information is declared by the members themselves; it is reviewed before publication but it is not certified. We cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of that information.
7. Links to other sites
Player videos are hosted on external platforms (YouTube, Vimeo and others). We have no control over those sites and viewing them falls under their own terms.
8. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is processed is described in our privacy policy, and how cookies are used on our dedicated page.
9. Reporting content
If content published on the platform strikes you as unlawful, inaccurate or harmful to your rights, write to contact@askforit.net describing it precisely. We look into every report and remove content that breaks our rules.
10. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Ivorian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Abidjan will have jurisdiction.
